"On January 24th at 1:26 AM, Officers Lustenberger and Perez were patrolling in the area if 18th and Connecticut. They saw a subject walking down the street who was sweating profusely and breathing very hard despite the fact that the night was quite chilly. The field at the Potrero Hill Recreation Center is currently closed for grass renovation, which often suffers from soggy dirt and missing grass patches.The work is supposed to be completed by Feb. 6.
