The SF Chronicle published an article about the changes the Dogpatch neighborhood has gone through.
The article describes predictions from 2000-2001 that the neighborhood would quickly transform into a residential boomtown, with disappearing industrial production. That transformation has, generally, been slow. Much industry remains, and rezoning has limited potential for big residential projects, though some have still gone through.
What are you thoughts on changes in the Dogpatch?
