Robbery victim recovers possessions, even after not reporting crime
On February 12th at 8:45 Am, Officers Wong and Leong responded to 23rd and DeHaro regarding a robbery. As soon as they arrived, they met with a witness to the incident who had also been the one to call the police. She told the officers that she had just observed a victim get robbed of her iPhone while waiting for the bus at 23rd and Rhode Island.
