Rebuild Potrero development density survey

One of the hot topic discussed in Rebuild Potrero's community meeting on Tuesday is the development's density. Police have apprehended alleged Chez Maman robber, as more details emerge

In case you missed the news on Twitter and SF Weekly, two armed men in ski masks stormed into popular 18th Street eatery Chez Maman last night. They demanded money from the restaurant's register, and they took wallets and valuables from diners.

Commercial Space at Corner of 18th and Texas Street

It appears that the specialty liquor store proposed for the former architect's office at the corner of 18th and Texas is not going to happen. There is a new for lease sign in the window. Anyone know what happened and if there are any new prospects for the space?
