How about a rotating banner for this site with a set of photos that emphasizes other parts of Potrero Hill rather than just the North Slope? I'd be happy to create some myself, or we could have members submit others.

Yeah, I definitely think a more squarish shape (1400x900 is at least less rectangular than 955x150) would allow for wider span of images to be used. And it would go a long way to showing off the hills!

No hurry on the images, just upload some here when you get the chance. I'll plug them in and see how everything looks.

What will the width of the side strips be?

I'm leaving work early today and going camping for the weekend so probably won't have time to work on this until mid next week.

I think the images should be around 1400 wide by 900-1000 pixels tall. No worries — I'll use a couple images to start today, and then plug yours in when you have a chance.
