The bridge has been blue, DPW provides blue paint (although its Cal-Trans property, an arrangement was made a few years back).  Although there is an effort underway to make this an art bridge, perhaps with murals or other art, so it may not always be so blue.

That's great to hear. Is the blue paint new too? I don't remember it looking like that before, but I could be off on that. In any case, it's looking great.

Its on going. The neighborhood crew of San Bruno Ave & Utah St neighbors have done a very good job improving this area. A community garden has been created, and there are regular clean up days like this one.  The real difference is from 5 years ago to now.
