Does anyone know if and when the 16th and 7th building is going to be built?
Eric,

Awesome question. It had been a while since I posted, so I checked with David Baker of SOMA-based David Baker Architects, who was the architect on the project, on where it stands. According to Mr. Baker, "The environmental impact report is certified, but the land owner is sitting tight given the current economy."

Disappointing, but not surprising considering the risk of a large new development in this environment. With such valuable land though, I'm certainly hoping the project will start moving again soon.
