Event Description
The Recreation and Park Department (RPD) is hosting four community budget meetings around town beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 25. This is an opportunity for RPD to share with the public their initial budget outlook for FY 2011-12 and begin the dialogue about how to meet the challenge of reducing General Fund support by an estimated $6.8 million. A budget presentation is available online if you want a preview of what will be presented.
All meetings are from 6 - 7:30 pm.
- Tuesday, January 25: Minnie & Lovie Ward Rec Center (Oceanview)
- Wednesday, January 26: Eugene Friend Rec Center (SoMA)
- Wednesday, February 2: Richmond Rec Center
- Thursday, February 3: Joe Lee Rec Center (Bayview)
