Event Description

Neighborhood resident Joe Boss and land use attorney Steve Vettel will give a broad overview of the steps involved in the city’s permitting process, review land use and zoning issues and give a detailed description of the steps involved in the (EIR) environmental review process. They will present information on the various applications, public notification documents and the various hearings and appeals processes. They will cover the permitting process for small and large developments and the opportunities for public comment and input throughout the review process, with particular attentiveness to the Rebuild Potrero Terrace and Annex development.
