6. Supplemental Alternatives Analysis Report – Merced to Fresno
Staff will provide an update and will describe and make recommendations as to any changes in alignments, stations, and heavy maintenance facility site alternatives for study in the Merced to Fresno HST section. The Board will have an opportunity to provide direction on the alternatives to carry forward for study in the project EIR/EIS for this section.

8. Transbay Terminal Transit Center
Representatives of the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA) will update the Board on the progress of developing the Transbay Transit Center in San Francisco, a facility whose basement level is being designed as the ultimate northern terminus of a state high-speed rail system.
