DESCRIPTION:The Dec 16th MSCA board meeting, in addition to other agen
 da items, will focus on addressing the issues of dogs at McKinley Squa
 re.\n\n\nThis meeting may not resolve, but begin a dialog of community
  input, put together a working group, whom goal is to put together a s
 olution.\nThere is long term goals of enlarging the park, which are re
 asonable to work towards, but shorter term goals seems reasonable as w
 ell.\nThe solution may be a fenced safe & clean zone, timed use, limit
 ed entrance/exit or other proposals, or nothing at all.\n\nI have a fe
 eling there are a number of disenchanted park users, and we can start 
 to resolve the situation at the park, and make the park usable by all.
  Or maybe I'm wrong and people are OK with the current situation. But 
 by providing an opportunity to discuss and resolve the issue, we can m
 ove forward, rather than have this issue divide the community.\n\nThe 
 meeting will be at Downtown High School, Wednesday, December 16th, 6:3
 0pm.\n\nThis issue has been heated in the past, but this meeting is to
  resolve the issue in a calm and constructive fashion. We are all in t
